Working at the No Freeze
Over the years, our organization has hired more than 40 people, from shelter night staff to management personnel.
We often hire people who have difficulty finding suitable work, and have become a stepping stone to stable employment for many. The Windham Region No Freeze Project helps people rebuild their resumes after experiencing personal challenges in their past. Many of the people we’ve employed have personally experienced homelessness.
